Daniah obtained her LL.B. from the University of Jordan and her LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK. She has been a member of the Jordanian Bar Association since 1997.
With over 27 years of experience as a litigator, Daniah has extensive involvement in local and regional dispute resolution and arbitration proceedings. Her diverse experience in litigation includes representing a wide range of high-profile cases relating to agency, construction and supply contracts, and financial transactions. In addition, she advised on pre-litigation measures that effectively strengthened the client’s standing in future and or potential proceedings.
Such experience and the in-depth understanding of how laws and contractual provisions are interpreted and applied by adjudicators, complements her long-standing advisory involvement in matters relating to corporate transactions, mega projects and project finance, and cross-border commercial issues. Such diverse knowledge of intricate legal aspects has been continuously sought after and used in legal reform and legislative drafting in Jordan, UAE and Bahrain.
Prior to joining Zu’bi & Partners, Daniah practiced law in Amman as Partner at Al Zaytouna Law Firm. She also worked in the UAE as the Group legal Counsel for A. W. Rostamani Group, Senior Associate at Al Tamimi & Company, and was the Litigation Partner at Ali Sharif Zu’bi Advocates & Legal Consultants in Amman.
Daniah is fluent in both Arabic and English
