Prachi Malhotra is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and consultancy. With a law degree from the University of Delhi in 2004 and an Associate Company Secretary qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Indian equivalent of Chartered Secretaries in United Kingdom), she brings a robust educational background to her practice.

Her career spans across reputable firms in India and Bahrain, where she has held positions ranging from Senior Counsel to Partner. Prachi has vast experience in a wide range of corporate matters, corporate restructuring, contract management, banking and finance transactions and regulatory approvals.  

Prachi’s academic journey has been marked by excellence, having secured scholarships and top positions during her university years.

Prachi is fluent in both English and Hindi.
