Practice Areas

  • Dispute resolutions, including litigation, arbitration and mediation
  • Legal drafting of commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Advising regional and international clients on corporate, construction, trademarks and real estate matters.
  • Preparation of demand notices, termination letters, warnings, notifications and pleadings to be presented before the Bahraini Courts of all degrees.
  • Represented numerous local and international construction companies and travel agencies in their disputes before the GCC Arbitration Centre and the Bahrain Chamber of Dispute Resolution (BCDR) in Bahrain.

Prior to working with Zu’bi and Partners, Rasha worked at a Bahraini law firm as an Associate and Legal Researcher; Rasha also worked at Beiruti Attorneys and Counsellors at Law, Jordan, where she represented the Firm at the Court of Law in various litigation and arbitration cases . Rasha is also             a part time lecturer at the Royal University for Women and serves as a Panelist and Coach at the Annual Willam Vis Arbitration Moots.

Since joining Zu’bi and Partners, Rasha has been acting as a Legal Consultant and Arbitrator, where she has been handling litigation and arbitration matters. Rasha has also given several presentations on behalf of the Firm at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Tourism, the LMRA and the Capital Club.  Rasha   published several articles in different legal publications on controversial legal issues; such as Oxford Business Group 2014 and 2016, The Oath Magazine, Homes Magazine and local newspapers.
