Naveen obtained his LLB from University of Delhi, and his LLM in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law. In addition to working in Bahrain, he has worked in major international law firms in Kuwait, Cayman Islands, and Hong Kong. Naveen has vast experience in a wide range of corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance transactions, investment funds, Islamic finance, private equity, and privatisation matters.

Naveen joined the firm in March 2009. He is admitted to practice as an Attorney-at Law in New York and as an Advocate in India.
